2016 Stormwater Training Series
For professionals involved in stormwater management, keeping up with the latest trends and standards can be a challenging task. New techniques, standards, and regulations are evolving as research, experience, policies, and performance data change.
This series of stormwater trainings is designed to provide private and public sector engineers, landscape architects, stormwater program administrators, planners and consultants with up-to-date techniques for understanding, evaluating, designing and reviewing stormwater management plans and practices. The series emphasizes New York State standards defined in in the most current NYS-DEC Stormwater Design Manual, Erosion and Sediment Control Manual, FEMA flood standards, and all stormwater related state permits. The training series also examines national standards and future trends in stormwater management.
All trainings emphasize applications to real-world conditions and involve hands-on, group and individual exercises. NOTE: Online registration and payment is required ONE WEEK prior to each course. The COST per course (which includes lunch and materials) is $250 per person. If space allows, the fee for later registrations is $300 per course. A 20% discount is available when you register for all five courses by February 3, 2016.
